Recipe Introduction
Makes 4 1/2 quarts or 4.5 L
To make an attractive punch bowl, place some thinly sliced lemons, oranges and whole maraschino cherries into a ring jello mould. Pour water or part of punch (excluding ginger ale) over fruit slices just to cover. Freeze; add more juice to 3/4 full. Freeze. At serving time unmold and float in punch.
List of Ingredients
1 can (48 oz/1.36 L) orange juice or
1 can (12 oz./355 mL) frozen orange concentrate
1 can (48 oz./1.36L) pineapple juice
1 can (48 oz./1.36 L) pineapple juice
1 can (48 oz./1.36 L) grapefruit juice
1 can (12 oz./355 mL) frozen lemonade
1 bottle (28 oz./796 mL) ginger aleRecipe
Procedure
Combine juices and chill. Just before serving add ginger ale.
Variation:
Use half pink and half yellow lemonade to vary colour and taste.
