List of Ingredients




2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups pumpkin


Recipe



Mix ingredients well. Grease tube or bundt pan, and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

Adjust cooking time according to size of pans. The small loaf pans used for the holidays only require about 30 to 35 minutes baking time.

Excellent served with cream cheese icing. I prefer just plain butter!
