    Ingredients

    Cake:
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp.vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/2 vegetable oil
    1 banana (mashed)
    1/2 chopped pecans
    1/2 crushed pineapple juice

    Cream Cheese Frosting:
    4 oz. cream cheese
    3 tbsp. butter
    1/2 confectioners sugar

    Procedure

    Cake: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend at low speed. Then beat at medium for 2 minutes. Spread batter in a 9 inch round glass dish. Microwave on medium for 6 minutes. Increase power to high and microwave 2 to 4 minutes or until done. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

    Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix together.
