    Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter/margarine, not spread!
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
    3cups flour
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 cups sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 16-oz can whole cranberries

    Topping:
    3/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 tablespoon orange juice or warm water
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract

    Procedure

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat in almond extract. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternating with sour cream. Beat well after each addition. Spoon 1/3 batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Spread 1/2 the cranberry sauce and 1/2 the nuts over batter. Repeat, ending with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

    Drizzle on top of cooled cake mixture with above topping.
