4 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons strong-brewed coffee
1 tablespoon extra-fine instant coffee
1 tablespoon kahlua (a coffee-type brandy)
2 cups milk


Recipe



Procedure

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Place eggs, sugar and coffees in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add the Kahlua and milk. Fill 4 custard cups with the mixture. Place in a deep baking pan filled with 1 inch hot water. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
