    Ingredients

    1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter
    Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes


    8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 cup icing sugar Cool Whip(1/2 of large tub) Spread on cool base.
    1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 cups milk

    Beat well and allow to thicken a little. Spread over first two layers. Cool. Ice with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
