List of Ingredients




4 oz of cream cheese
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
8 baked 3 to 4 inch shortbread or tart shells
2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of strawberry or red currant jelly


Recipe



Procedure

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar until light and smooth.
Divide among the tart shells, spreading in thebottom of each. Top with berry slices.
Melt jelly over low heat. Spoon over berrier just to cover.
Set aside until the jelly has become firm.
