3 lbs. round steak (cubed)
2 8 oz. cans mushroom soup
1 cup dry sherry
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 canned mushrooms
1 cup sour creamRecipe
Brown meat dredged in flour. Stir soup, sherry and onion soup together and pour liquid over meat.
Baked covered in oven 325 degrees for 3 hours. Ten minutes before serving add 1 cup mushrooms (canned) and 1 cup sour cream.
