Shepherd's Pie

List of Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 clove garlic,chopped
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) creamed corn
4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepperRecipe
In a skillet, cook beef, onions and garlic for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into a 6 cup (1.5 L) casserole.
Add layer of corn and top with mashed potatoes.
Bake in a 375 F (190 C) oven about 20 minutes until brown.
Serves 4.
