3/4 cup light mayonnaise or no-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1-1/2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup broken walnuts
Recipe
Combine mayo, ginger and salt. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onions and walnuts. Makes 5-1/2 cups. Serve on lettuce leaf.
