1 cup boiling water,
1 package (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin,
1/2 cup cold water,
1/8 teaspoon salt,
1 can (8 1/4 ounces) crushed pineapple and
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Recipe
Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in cold water, salt and pineapple (with syrup). Chill until slightly thickened but not set.
Stir in carrots. Pourt into 4-cup ring mold or into 6 individual molds.
Chill until firm.
