1 large ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded, minced
12 large olives, diced
60 mL 1/4 cup red onion, minced
30 mL 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
10 mL 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
10 mL 2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
