    Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

    8 servings 2 points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ cups skim milk
    2 T all purpose flour
    ½ tsp salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    ½ cup finely chopped onion
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    3 oz Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese

    Recipe



    For sauce, in a small saucepan, stir together milk, flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Stir in onions. Spray a 1 ½ quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place half of the potatoes in dish, top with ½ of the sauce. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes and sauce. Bake covered in a 350° oven for about 65 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring only once. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese melts
