List of Ingredients
1 ½ pounds little red potatoes
1 T olive oil
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 T rosemary
salt & pepper
Recipe
Cut potatoes in ½ or ¼ to make them uniform size. Place in a 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper over and toss to coat.
Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender
