List of Ingredients
- 8 cups (25-oz) frozen shredded potatoes, thawed or raw shredded potatoes
- 1 cup (one 4-oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 T. dried onion flakes
- 1-1/2 cups (one 12-fluid-oz.-can) evaporated skim milk
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 3 T. flour
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups (6-oz.) RF shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spray an 8x12-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, mushrooms and dried onion flakes.
- In a small bowl, combine evaporated skim milk, dry milk powder, flour, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Add to the potato mixture. Mix well to combine and pour into baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover and let set in refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
