    Shrimp PuPu (hawaiian for appitizer)

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz pkg cream cheese
    1/4 c mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    dash curry powder
    1 can shrimp
    2 chopped boiled eggs
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    sliced mushrooms
    grated cheese, any kind

    Mix the first 4 ingredients together; spread on a plate.
    Sprinkle the last 5 ingredients over top; chill.

    Serve with crackers.
