Stuffed mushrooms
List of Ingredients
8 oz package cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 T. parmesan cheese
4 diced green onions
1-2 t. garlic powder
Recipe
Mix cream cheese with a small amount of milk. Add all other ingredients except for the mushrooms. Refigerate several hours.
Wash and dry 20-24 mushrooms and remove the stems. In a shallow pan, place 2 T. margarine. Place it in the oven long enough for margarine to melt. Place 1 t. of cream cheese mixture in each cap. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
