1 quart pineapple or orange sherbet
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1-1/2 cans (46 oz.) pineapple juice
1-1/2 bottles (28 oz.) club soda
Have pineapple juice and club soda chilled. Spoon sherbet and ice cream into punch bowl. Add pineapple juice; stir.
Add club soda just before serving. Stir.
