    Corn Pudding Squares

    List of Ingredients




    This is a creamy cornbread that is great with soups, or chili on those cold fall and winter nights.

    1 can 15 1/2 oz whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can 15 1/2 oz cream-style corn
    1 pkg 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine melted

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into 13x9" baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375* for 35-40 minutes. Cut into bars and serve with butter. Makes 12 servings.

    You can also add 1/4 c. each of finely chopped red pepper and green onion to give it a Southern flair!!!

    Also, you can cook in a 9" square pan, just increase the cooking time to 55-60 minutes.
