Breakfast Souffle
List of Ingredients
1 pound mild pork sausage
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
Recipe
* Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly;
drain. Spread evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cheese.
* Pour mixture of remaining ingredients over the prepared
layers.
* Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until set and light
brown.
* Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
