Cornbread taco bake

List of Ingredients




2 lbs hamburger
1 8 oz. pkg corn bread mix
1/2 c. melted butter
8oz. corn, drained
8 oz. cream style corn
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can green chillis
1 can olives sliced


Brown meat and add chillis, then drain. Add taco seasoning as directed on pkg. Grease 1/2 quart cassorole dish. pour meat on bottom. Mix corn, butter, corn bread mix, eggs, and sour cream. Pour over meat mixture. Bake 35-40 min. or until center is firm. The last 10 minutes add the cheese on top, until melted.Serve w/ salsa and extra sour cream. Add diced fresh tomatos, sliced olived and shredded lettuce.
