    Corned Beef Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    1 small pkg elbow macaroni
    1 12-oz can corned beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of chicken or cream of celery)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 soup can of milk
    bread crumbs for topping

    Cook elbow macaroni
    Drain and put in buttered casserole dish
    Break up can of corned beef in the macaroni
    Add chopped onion and can of soup
    Rinse out soup can with milk (you may need a little more milk)
    Add grated cheese and mix well
    Top with bread crumbs dotted with butter
    Bake in 350° for about 1 hour
