I got this off of the net from a lady named Wanda who posted it


List of Ingredients




1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1, 8-oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1-1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp. cornmeal

Brown meat, drain. Add green pepper and onion; cook until tender. Add chili powder and half of Cheez Whiz; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in tomato. Combine remaining Cheez Whiz, eggs, flour, salt and milk; beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon meat mixture over batter to within 1 inch of edge. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
