1 lb. Hot sausage, browned and drained
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup rice (not Instant)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Combine all ingredients and pour into Pam sprayed 9 x 13 casserole, cover tightly, bake for one hour in 400°
oven.
