    Salmon Cassarole

    List of Ingredients




    1 lg. can red salmon (14 3/4 oz.)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 cups crushed corn flakes, divided
    1 cup milk
    salt & pepper to taste

    Mix salmon, eggs, 1 cup of the cornflakes, milk, salt & pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole (1 1/2 qt.)
    Top with remaining corn flake crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
