    Cranberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c sugar
    6 T butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 1/2 c flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 c sour cream
    2 c chopped cranberries

    Streusel:
    2/3 c brown sugar
    1/2 c flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    4 T butter
    2/3 c chopped nuts

    Beat sugar and butter. add eggs and vanilla. add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Fold in berries. Spread in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Top with streusel.
    Bake 350 for 50-60 min.
