Cream Cheese Cookies

List of Ingredients





1 cup butter or margarine
3 oz cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour


Recipe




Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix together butter or margarine, cream cheese and sugar.
Beat in egg yolk and vanilla.
Add flour and mix well.
Drop on lightly greased cookie sheets or use cookie press.
Bake 15 minutes. Cookies should be pale.
If using floral cookie press design, make indentation in center with thimble, fill with
preserves, or press candy into center.
