    1 cup confectioners' sugar
    1 tablespoon light corn syrup
    2 tablespoons water
    10 drops food coloring

    Stir confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, and water together. Stir in food coloring if desired. This will dry to a hard, shiny finish.

    I stashed this recipe in the hords or recipes until needed. I made this today for valentine's cookies tomorrow. It is great. Thank you. They look like they walked out of a magazine and landed on my table.


    I have made this a bunch of times and it works well every time!
