Lemon Gooey Butter Cookies

List of Ingredients




1 stick margarine or butter (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature
1 egg
1/4 t. vanilla
1 (18.25 oz.) box butter Cake Mix
powder sugar


INSTRUCTIONS:
In mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese together.
Add egg & vanilla
Then add dry cake mix
Mix well together
Roll into 1? balls. Roll in powder sugar and place on cookie sheet (ungreased)
Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes (careful not to overbake). Check cookies often as they should never have even a light brown color to them.
Store in a tightly covered container.
