    Mexican Wedding Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup butter or margarine, softened

    8 Tbls. powdered sugar

    2 cups flour

    2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans

    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350*. Mix all the ingredients together with a mixer
    until well blended. Roll dough into small round balls. Bake for
    10-12 minutes. Cool completely then roll in additional
    confectionary sugar.
