White Chili

List of Ingredients
15 oz. can chickpeas or garbanzo beans, undrained
15 oz. can northern beans, undrained
15 oz. can pinto beans, undrained
2 lbs. frozen corn (yes, that's 2 pounds!)
1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
2 Tbs. minced onion (I like a little more)
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 tsp. minced garlic
3 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 15 oz. cans chicken broth
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker/crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with warmed tortilla chips with melted cheese. (My brother likes "zippier" tasting foods, so he said that he adds 2-3 chopped jalapeno peppers with the rest of the ingredients)
