Best Ever Coconut
List of Ingredients
1 box white cake mix, prepared as directed on box, in 9x13 pan.
1 15 oz. can Cream of Coconut
1 14 oz. can sweetened, condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
1 8 oz. container, frozen whipped topping
Recipe
While cake is still warm, poke holes in top with fork. Mix the Cream of Coconut and sweetened, condensed milk and pour over warm cake. When cake has completely cooled and absorbed the liquid, mix the whipped topping with the coconut and spread over cake. Store cake, covered, in refrigerator. This cake is even better the second day after all the flavors have blended.
