Pumpkin Cake

List of Ingredients




1 1/2 C Vegetable Oil

2 C Sugar

4 Eggs

3 C Flour

2 t Baking Soda

2 t Baking Powder

3 t Cinnamon

1 t Salt

2 C Canned Pumpkin (1 reg. can)

1/2 C Nuts (I omit)

Powdered Sugar



Recipe



Directions
Blend oil and sugar in mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time and mix. Sift
the dry ingredients and add to rest of mixture. Finally add the
nuts and pumpkin and blend well until smooth. Pour batter into a
tube pan and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour. When cool
top with powdered sugar.
