Cheesecake tarts

List of Ingredients




Given to me by my friend Patti Az. These are looking wonderful to me......

22 Lorna Doone Cookies (crushed)
4 tbsp. butter (melted)
Mix together. This is for the bottom crust.

2 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

Beat ingredients for 10 minutes till smooth.
Place a tsp. of crust in each tart liner and top with about 1 tbsp. of the
creamy mixture
Bake at 375* for 20 - 25 minutes. Yields 48 tarts.
