    Quick and Easy Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake

    A great dessert for the fall and winter months


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
    • 1 c. canned pumpkin
    • 1/2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 tub Cool Whip
    • 1 prepared graham cracker crust


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl with wire wwhisk or electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Gently stir in whipped toppin. Spoon into crust.
    2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with additional whipped topping, and sprinkle with cinnamon if you would like.
