    I got this recipe from a lady named Marilyn from THS recipe exchange

    List of Ingredients




    Chocolate Lava Cakes

    6 tablespoons butter
    3 (1 oz. each) squares semi-sweet chocolate
    ½ cup granulated sugar
    6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    Pinch salt
    2 large eggs
    2 large egg yolks
    ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
    Confectioners sugar

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line bottom only of 6 muffin cups with wax paper, then grease; set aside. In a small sauce pan over low heat; melt butter and chocolate stirring constantly until smooth. With a wire whisk, beat in
    granulated sugar, flour and salt until blended. Beat in eggs, egg yolk and vanilla. Evenly spoon into prepared pans. Refrigerate at least an hour until ready to bake. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm but centers are still slightly soft. Do not over bake. On wire rack, cool 5 minutes. To serve, carefully run sharp knife around cake edges. Unmold onto serving plates, then remove waxed paper. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and serve immediately.
