CREAM CHEESE TARTS

36 vanilla wafer cookies
2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
cherry pie filling

Put 1 wafer into small paper liners in muffin tins. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well. Drop filling onto wafer. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes, or until filling looks set. When cool, top with 1 cherry.
