    Caramel Apple Crisp

    I got this recipe from a friend in Florida

    List of Ingredients




    28 caramels
    2 tablespoon water
    4 cup peeled & sliced apples
    1/2 cup flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup margarine (softened)


    Instructions:
    Heat oven 350
    Melt caramels in water in microwave. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth. Layer apples & caramel sauce in baking dish. 9x13". Combine flour, sugar, & cinnamon
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 25 - 35 min.
