    Pineapple Ice Box Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups graham wafer crumbs
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    2 tbsp sugar
    Mix and press into a greased 9x13" pan. Save 1/2 cup for topping.

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    2 eggs (use egg substitute if you don't want to use raw eggs)
    Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs and whip until light. Spread over crumbs.

    2 cups whipped cream (like Cool Whip)
    19 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
    Mix and spread over sugar mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top.
