Chicken Mostaccioli
List of Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves sliced into pieces and sauteed in skillet (sprinkled with cajun seasoning if desired. This is how I do it)
1 large bag mostaccioli noodles, cooked and drained
1 can spaghetti sauce
1 jar alfredo sauce
4 c. grated motz cheeseRecipe
Mix the first four ingredients and place in Pam coated 9x13" dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
The sauce evaporates a bit when cooking, so if it looks like there is too much sauce in this, don't worry about it, as it is the right amount.
I also sometimes add sauteed green peppers and onions on this , then slice up some olives and sprinkle with cheese. Very good.
Also, we sometimes substitute sliced italian sausage for the chicken. Enjoy!!!
