Easy Beef Tamale Pie

List of Ingredients




1/2 lb. ground beef
2cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 box corn muffin mix(8.5oz)
2 eggs
1 jar salsa(12oz)
1 Tbsp. chilli powder
1 can whole kernal corn drained(7oz)



Recipe



Heat oven to 450. Coat 12x8x2-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Brown ground beef.
Mix all ingrediants add 1-1/2 cups water.
Bake in 450 oven for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center tests clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
