    SUNSHINE SALAD
    3 oz pkg orange Jello
    3 oz pkg lemon Jello
    1 cup pineapple juice
    8 oz cream cheese
    2/3 cup whipping cream, whipped
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    Grated Cheddar

    Recipe



    Dissolve orange Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Chill until firm. Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup boiling pienapple juice
    mixed with 1 cup water. Let cool. Fold in softened cream cheese, the whipped cream & pineapple. Pour this over
    the set orange Jello. Sprinkle w/grated cheese. Chill.
