    Creamsicle Delight Layered Dessert

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. sugar

    Filling:
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. Tang orange flavored drink mix
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    2 c. sour cream

    Topping:
    1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed

    Mix crust ingredients until crumbly and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
    Combine Eagle Brand and Tang drink mix; mix until Tang is dissolved. Add sour cream and cool whip; mix well.
    Spoon onto cooled crust.
    Spread another 8 oz. thawed cool whip on top.
    Garnish with chopped pecans, if desired.
    Refrigerate several hours before serving.

    Note: I used fat-free Eagle Brand, light sour cream and fat-free cool whip. Delicious!
