    One Dish Chicken Bake

    My husband really likes instant stuffing. He loves home made dressing even more, but this dish is one that he likes.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. (6oz) Stuffing mix for chicken
    • 1 1/2 c. hot water
    • 1/4 c. butter or mararine, cut up
    • 4 skinless chicken breast halves
    • 1 can (10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3 c. sour cream or milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water, and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing crumbs just to mosten. Let stand 5 min.
    2. Blace chicken down center of 12x 8" baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Spoon some of the stuffing over chicken. Spoon remaining stuffing along both sides of chicken.
    3. Bake at 375* for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
