Saucy Pork Chops
List of Ingredients
6 Pork Chops, 3/4" thick
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
1 10-1/2 oz. can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 c. Catsup
2 to 3 t. Worcestershire sauce
In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount hot fat; season with
salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients;
pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 min. or till done. Remove chops
to platter, and spoon sauce over them.Recipe
