    I got this recipe from a lady named Shanda in a recipe exchange

    List of Ingredients




    Chicken Enchilada's
    6 chicken breasts
    2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 or 2 cans of Green Chili (you can buy this in the grocery store. Usually in mild flavor. We like ours hot)
    1 package of Tillamook Grated Cheddar Cheese
    12 corn tortillas

    boil chicken breasts about 30 min.
    drain breasts and shred them with a fork
    put shredded chicken in a bowl and add soup and green chili
    mix together

    pre-heat oven to 350 deg.
    get 13" x 9" pan
    lightly grease pan

    place 6 corn tortillas in bottom of pan spread out and overlapping ea. other
    spread 1/2 of mix on top of tortillas
    place another 6 tortillas on top of mix
    spread 2nd 1/2 of mix on top of those tortillas
    sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of mix

    place in oven and heat until cheese is melted and center is warm
    serve and enjoy.

    this meal is also great to make ahead of time and freeze.
