List of Ingredients
Sauce Baked Meatballs
1 egg
1/2 cup milk or water
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. Liquid Smoke, optional
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Beat the egg with a spoon in a bowl.
Add next 8 ingredients;
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into meatballs the size of a walnut.
Place in pan large enough to hold in a single layer.
Combine remaining ingredients;
Pour over meatballs.
Bake covered in a 350 F oven for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 5
