List of Ingredients
BUTTERMILK BRAN MUFFINS
1 quart buttermilk
1-1/2c.veg oil
4 eggs beaten
Mix altogether in very large bowl.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix together
5c.All Bran/Bran Flakes
5c.Flour
5-6 tsp.baking soda
3c.white sugar
2c.raisins.that have been soaked in boiling water for a couple of hours.
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch salt
Mix altogether~~can be kept for 5-6 wks. in fridge.
Bake @ 375-400 for 22-25 minutes.
