No peak stew

No-Peek-Stew....this is really delicious!!
2 lbs. beef stew meat
6 potatoes peeled and cut in med. pieces
half bag baby carrots
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 cups of water
onion cut up in chunks
cup of celery cut up in big chunks
3 Tbsp. Tapioca (that makes the gravy)
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce

mix together, bake 5 hours in slow oven at 300....do not stir or peek....make sure there is a lid on the pot
