Texas Ambrosia Salad/Margarita Dressing

List of Ingredients
Toss together in a large bowl:
2 large cans pineapple tidbits, drained
2-3 medium bananas*, sliced
2-3 medium oranges, sectioned
1 ruby red grapefruit, sectioned
1 medium mango, peeled and cubed
2 cups red grapes
Refrigerate up to one hour (*put the bananas in just before serving)
Before serving add:
1 cup pecan pieces, toasted
Serve with a bowl of dressing on the side.
Margarita Dressing:
Stir together:
2/3 cup sour cream
2 T. tequila or rum
1 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. finely shredded lime peel
1 T. lime juice
1 T. frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
Cover and chill up to three days.
